Improve Your Mood, Health, and Feelings with Color

How does this make you feel? Our reactions to color have been linked to childhood memories which capture and freeze an emotional experience in a color. In order to tap into colors which make us happy, we can think back to early, memorable times we had, people around us, and even food. Re-live it and take note of the happy colors.
